Rresponsible for building membership numbers. Compiles and updates information on residents / property owners. Works with block captains and treasurer to maintain membership records.

Responsible for the social events calendar for the year under officers' review, arranges with the host home and/or business the date, time and place.

Presents Yard of The Month Award to the recipient for installation in the designated yard. Chairman makes sure the award is given on a timely basis and notifies the newsletter editor.

Solicits interested residents & nurseries for tree plantings at a set price. Works with other local organizations for area plantings. Many younger trees in our boundaries are the result of these activities.

Block captains regularly distribute newsletters and special announcements to all addresses in their assigned block. They provide information to committees, distributte newsletters, update residents on their blocks and handle many other tasks.
