The minimum lot size application for the 1600 block of Kipling passed the Planning Commission unanimously Thursday, July 5. This means it will go before the City Council for final consideration.
THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO ATTENDED THE PLANNING COMMISSION HEARING. We had more than 30 supporters in the audience—an impressive show of neighborhood solidarity.

Thanks also to several speakers who expressed various points of view about keeping the integrity of the neighborhood, its special charm and quality of life: Jaye Tullai, Rod Danielson, Donna Roth, Megan Batson, Edna Tyler, Bob Frazier, Bob Kane and Mary Needham (President of Winlow Place).
